Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have **30 days from delivery** to request a return.

**Change of mind:** items must be unused and in original packaging. Email tariklamont@gmail.com with your order number for return instructions before sending anything back. Return postage is at your cost; once received and inspected, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

**Faulty, damaged or incorrect items:** contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund in full, including shipping. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

**Non-returnable:** gift cards and items damaged through misuse.
