At Lamont Home, we want to be completely transparent about how and when your order will arrive. Please read this page before purchasing so there are no surprises.
Where We Ship From
Our products are sourced and shipped directly from our international supplier network. This allows us to offer high-quality home decor and lighting at prices well below traditional retail — but it does mean delivery takes a little longer than local shipping.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to customs processing, public holidays, and carrier delays. Remote and regional Australian addresses may take an additional 3–5 business days.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel at 17track.net or via the carrier's website. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80 AUD. This is automatically applied at checkout — no code required.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped to Australia valued under $1,000 AUD are generally not subject to import duties. However, Lamont Home is not responsible for any customs fees that may be applied by Australian Border Force. These fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 25 business days of your order date, please contact us at tariklamont@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund.
