Our Guarantee
All Lamont Home products are covered by our satisfaction guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we will replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked.
What We Accept Returns For

- ✅ Items with a manufacturing defect
- ✅ Items significantly different from the product description
- ✅ Wrong item received
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
How to Request a Return

- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- For damaged or defective items, please attach a clear photo
- We will respond within 24 hours with instructions
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
